Our Leader
Hi, my name is Adriana.
I started recruiting in 2009, and established my first resume-writing business in 2016. That little business started at my dining table, complete with a baby in arms. I blinked, and we suddenly had an incredible team of specialised resume writers spread across Australia.
In 2022, I took over Simply Careers, a professional resume writing service based on the Mid North Coast. Growing up in the area, I understood the importance of supporting local job seekers. Rather than seeing it close down, I stepped in and Simply Careers became part of the Elite Collective family.
​Our growth has not only expanded the impact we have on job seekers but has also created flexible working opportunities for the resume writers and career coaches who support our clients.

No matter how much we grow, some things don't change. Our dedication to providing top-notch career support and serving our local communities has remained steadfast.
After many years of travelling as a Defence family, I have returned to the Port Macquarie community, committed to offering exceptional career services and making a positive impact locally.
